The first floor of MPR offers a stylish, lounge-style event venue designed for intimate gatherings, celebrations, meetings, networking events, and other small-scale occasions. With a comfortable atmosphere and contemporary setting, MPR provides an alternative to traditional event spaces- giving guests a space to gather, connect, celebrate, and create memorable experiences.
Featuring 2000 square feet of thoughtfully designed space, MPR Event venue accommodates up to 50 seated guests and a recommendation of 75 total guests.

Demolition of interior wall mounts, painting walls and ceiling, polished floors, ADA-compliant rails added in the bathrooms, floor trim, replacing ceiling panels, and interior design.
